Where to find it:

In the dashboard sidebar under **Core**, you'll now see three new navigation items:

We've added a new **Help & Support dropdown** to make getting assistance faster and easier.

- **Quick Access to Help Center** – One click to open our help documentation
- **Support Ticket Preview** – See replies from our support team right from the dropdown, without leaving your current page
- **Ticket Count Badge** – A notification badge shows when you have new responses on your support tickets
- **Submit New Ticket** – Start a support request directly from the dropdown

Look for the **question mark icon (?)** in the top-right corner of your dashboard, next to the notification bell.

Auto-Reconnect Dashboard

Your scheduled follow-ups are now visible and manageable directly from your dashboard.

- **See Your Scheduled Follow-ups** – View all pending auto-reconnects at a glance, including the contact name, phone number, and scheduled date/time
- **Cancel with One Click** – Changed your mind? Cancel any scheduled follow-up directly from the dashboard with a simple confirmation
- **Cleaner Display** – Phone numbers are now formatted for easier reading, and dates show in a friendly format like "Jan 30, 10am"

Where to find it:

1. Go to your **Dashboard** (the home page after logging in)
2. Scroll down to the **Auto-reconnects** card
3. You'll see all pending follow-ups your AI has scheduled
4. Click the **X** button on any row to cancel that follow-up

Conversation Context in Notifications

# Cereba Platform Updates – January 10, 2026

When reviewing notifications about unhappy customers or unanswered questions, you can now **see the full conversation history** that led to the alert.

- **Full Thread Visibility** – See the complete conversation, not just the flagged message
- **Contact Name Display** – Instantly know who the conversation is with
- **Chat-Style View** – Easy-to-read format with customer messages on the left, AI responses on the right
- **Flagged Message Highlight** – The specific message that triggered the notification is clearly marked with an orange border and "Flagged" badge, so you can instantly identify what caused the alert
- **Auto-Scroll to Recent** – Conversations automatically scroll to the bottom, so you don't have to scroll through history to find the flagged message
- **Cleaner Interface** – Removed technical IDs you don't need to see

Where to find it:

1. Go to **Notifications** section by opening the notifications icon in the top right of your screen.
2. Click on any notification, o click "all notifications"
3. The right panel now shows the "Conversation" section with the full thread – scroll is positioned at the most recent messages, and the flagged message is highlighted
